Yo-Yo Test Tables
The Yo-Yo Intermittent Fitness Test is a test of the ability to do intermittent exercise. Participants run out and back on a 20 meter course, with either a 5 or 10 second active break after each 40m, with the speed increasing at set intervals until they are unable to continue.
There are two versions of each Yo-Yo Test version, with different starting speeds for each. We have created tables for each test version, showing the levels, speeds and accumulated distances.
