About The Yo-Yo Test Website
The yo-yo series of tests are becoming more and more popular as a testing tool for team sport athletes and non-athletes around the world. The test is still relatively new (see history of the yo-yo test), having been developed as an evolution of the popular beep test.
There are six different yo-yo tests, though one version is more popular than the others. Therefore there can be a bit of confusion about the details of the yo-yo tests being conducted, and we felt that a site dedicated to providing accurate information about the yo-yo test was needed.
